The firm was invited to refurbish the Sheraton Hotel, Abuja built over 30 years ago, updating its look and restoring it to prominence in the Abuja hospitality market. The hotel comprises of 3 towers, with 2 currently in use. As the hotel was planned to remain open throughout the refurbishment project, the work was divided into phases, with Phase 1 being the odd-numbered rooms of Tower 1, a total of 97 rooms. The firm worked closely with the brand managers to implement the brand requirements of the international operator to very high standards. Phase 1 of the project has been completed.
