Appointed Chairman in 2019, Ayoola provides strategic leadership and business development direction, while also mentoring the next generation of architects within the firm. He trained as a Chartered Architect in the United Kingdom and completed the Chief Executive Programme at Lagos Business School. Ayoola served as the President of the Association of Consulting Architects Nigeria (ACAN), Diocesan Architect for the Anglican Communion in Lagos, and Chairman of Lead Capital Plc. He also sits on the Council of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation, contributing to environmental advocacy and national development.

Ekaete Fujah is the Managing Director at ATO Architects and the newly elected President of the Association of Consulting Architects Nigeria (ACAN). A seasoned Architect and Project Manager with over 30 years of experience, she has played a central role in shaping the firm’s legacy since joining in 1998. Ekaete holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), and an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She is also a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (NPSI), and a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan. In addition, she has completed 40 hours of OSHA training for the Construction Industry.

Rita holds an MSc in Architecture from Edo State University and joined ATO Architects in 2002. With over 20 years of experience, she specialises in project documentation, contract administration, construction coordination, and quality management. A registered architect, she leads a team of Project Architects and manages the firm’s Quality Management System.

She has contributed to major projects, including the Federal Inland Revenue Service’s Corporate Head Office. Known for her attention to detail and structured approach, Rita plays a vital role in maintaining ATO’s reputation for excellence.

Her strengths lie in documentation workflows, site coordination, and ensuring high standards across all project stages.

Toyin Caulcrick is an Architect and Project Manager with over 18 years of experience. Joining ATO Architects Ltd in 2003, Toyin serves as an Executive Director, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. A licensed architect with accreditation from the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), and the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an international associate, Toyin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Environmental Science in Architecture from the University of Lagos.

Frances is an accomplished Project Architect with over 17 years of experience delivering high-end construction projects that meet rigorous environmental, health, and safety standards. Proficient in tools such as Revit and AutoCAD, she combines strong technical skills with effective project management to deliver high-quality, infrastructure-focused solutions.

She has worked successfully with multinational and multi-disciplinary teams, earning a reputation for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction. Bankole, a Senior Architect and Head of Design at ATO Architects, is celebrated for his innovative, functional, and sustainable approach to architecture. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in architecture from Covenant University, Ota.

He's a licensed architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), as well as an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Ken Adebiyi Ojo is a seasoned architect with over 20 years of experience in interior and construction design. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and several industry-recognised certifications in networking, cybersecurity, and web development. Innocent is responsible for analysing system requirements, resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure, efficient digital operations across all departments.

Humphrey is the Executive Assistant to the Chairman at ATO Architects, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). Humphrey plays a vital role in the company’s strategic and operational efficiency, supporting executive-level decision-making and coordinating high-level initiatives across departments.

His background in business administration enables him to streamline communication, manage critical schedules, and ensure the seamless execution of corporate objectives. Evaikhomo Akhimieho serves as an administrative professional with a Bachelor of Education degree in Adult Education and English Literature from the University of Benin. Eva is responsible for the proper delivery and response to memos, vendor management and relationships, employee onboarding, internship training, payroll generation and monitoring, as well as the maintenance and updating of staff documents and biodata.
