Esther has been an integral part of ATO Architects’ administrative team for a few years, where she supported day-to-day operations and contributed to the smooth running of the firm. With a strong background in office administration and coordination, Esther is known for her organisational skills, reliability, and team-first approach.

She now leads the management of the AT&D Estate, overseeing tenant relations, property maintenance, and operational logistics. In this role, she ensures efficient estate administration and supports long-term asset value. Esther continues to play a key role within the wider ATO Group, contributing to both administrative excellence and the effective management of real estate assets.
