The project entailed the space planning and interior refit of two floors at the IBTC place, Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos. The brief called for the provision of an open plan office suite for Executive Directors, 2 meeting rooms of different sizes, a 40-man conference room fitted with state of the art audio-visual conferencing facilities, a 20 man boardroom, a fully-fitted lounge/bar as well as the total refit of the kitchenettes and conveniences.
