ATOAL was contracted to provide a design proposal and carry out site supervision for the remodeling of an existing building on Admiralty Road, Lekki into the Head Office for Propetrol Limited.

The site is located on Admiralty Road, off Admiralty way in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The property faces the Lagos lagoon to the west and has a pleasant external lounge area. The building was initially a residential development that had been converted into a boutique hotel. It has extensive grounds, ample parking, and a swimming pool. Access to the site is from Admiralty Road by land and from the lagoon by water.

The spatial requirements achieved in the new office include an Entrance Hall, Reception and waiting area, Staff Entrance Lobby, Meeting Rooms, Executive and Open offices, Conference Room, Conveniences, Storage, Café, Kitchen, Janitor Room, Staff Break Out Area, External Event Area, Gym, Changing rooms, Security/ Gatehouse, Utilities – Generator & diesel storage, etc.
