We produced two landmark housing estates for the Shell Pension Fund. In 1993, we planned and designed the master plan of a 20-acre site in Port Harcourt the Niger Delta Area of Nigeria.
It was completed with about $9million(nine million US dollars) in 1997. It is built on 20 acres of land with 31 housing units comprising 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom bungalows, and 4-bedroom houses.
