ATO Architects was invited by 1948 Trenchard Properties Limited (now Primus 1948) a Consortium made up of investors including VGS Homeland Limited, Angular Mall Limited, and other Institutional Investors (collectively referred to a “Project Sponsor”) to design a mid-scale Shopping Mall development on a total land size of 24,566.792sqm in Ibadan Oyo State. This Project is under a Private Public Partnership (PPP) with the University of Ibadan.

The proposal is aimed at developing a Shopping Mall development between 6,000 – 8,000 Gross Lettable Area (GLA) to meet the requirements of a defined target market comprising of growing middle class and retailers looking for a good quality shopping environment.
