In 2007, Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics Base (LADOL) commissioned ATO Architects to prepare the masterplan and design of some individual facilities for its logistics base. The base is a 122-hectare island beside Apapa. The client, LADOL provides logistics support to oil companies and large engineering firms whose operations are predominantly offshore. We developed a masterplan that will be executed in phases.
