The main thrust of this design option was to maximize the use of the site while retaining the main entrance on Lawrence (Onitolo) Road.

Additional Parking has been provided at the sub-basement level.
Entrance floor hosts the common recreation facilities.
The crescent shape wraps around the Swimming Pool Deck at the North-West corner of the site.
2 Separate entrances have been created- Main Entrance and Service entrance.
