Centenary City For The Anglican Communion

ATO Architects collaborates with US-based Ennead Architects on US consulate

ATOAL has proposed a master plan of a Centenary City for the Diocese of Lagos, Anglican Communion, Ibeju-Lekki. Construction works on site have begun, and the Centenary City Gate is almost nearing completion. The Centenary City’s main gate leads to a primary artery which has the city’s main public parking lots at either side of it. This main artery branches into two primary roadways beyond the parking lot. All the site’s facilities are accessible from one or both of these roads. There are also secondary and tertiary roads laid out as necessary.

The project will be developed in phases, and features the:
• Centenary City Gate
• Infrastructure and Facilities
• Convention Centre (30,000 Capacity) & Convention Ground
• Low Cost Housing
• St. Luke’s Global Hospital
• Gethsemane Garden
• Artificial Lake
• Rehabilitation Centre
• Women Empowerment Centre
• Empowerment & Youth Development Centre
• Amusement Park
• Games Village
• Utilities & Security Facilities
