ATOAL was approached to participate in a competition to propose a modern and outstanding office high-rise design to reflect the corporate image of Africa Reinsurance.

The development is sustainable, smart and energy-efficient in its design, construction and running. The building should also have an iconic façade that sets it apart from others in its surroundings.

The development is to meet high-security standards and easily accessible by physically challenged persons in design.
