The central aim of this project was to create an integrated industrial development that combines efficient logistics infrastructure with high-quality residential accommodation for staff. Submitted as part of a design competition, ATO Architects developed a comprehensive proposal that optimises warehouse operations while providing secure, comfortable, and well-planned living spaces for employees within a unified campus.
