The central aim of this project was to create a luxury residential community that delivers an exceptional living experience through thoughtful planning, contemporary architecture, and premium amenities. Developed as a competition submission, ATO Architects proposed a multi-unit estate that balances privacy, community interaction, and landscape integration to redefine upscale residential living.
