ATO Architects Ltd provided project management and construction monitoring services for Goshen Beach Estate in Lekki, a large-scale residential development by LSDPC and Grant Properties Ltd. The estate comprises multiple clusters of residential houses supported by internal infrastructure, mechanical and electrical services, perimeter works, gatehouses, and utility facilities. ATO Architects monitored construction progress across the various housing blocks, reviewed programme implementation, assessed contractor performance, and coordinated issues affecting the timely delivery of the development.

The project management approach centred on maintaining construction quality, coordinating the activities of contractors and consultants, and ensuring that the residential units and supporting infrastructure were delivered in accordance with the required standards. Particular attention was given to building finishes, structural workmanship, mechanical and electrical installations, external services, and the sequencing of works across the estate. Through continuous site monitoring and quality-control interventions, the project sought to create a coordinated and enduring residential environment within the rapidly developing Lekki corridor.
