ATO Architects Ltd was engaged to redesign and reposition UBA House in Marina, Lagos, through comprehensive space planning and interior refitting aimed at creating a more functional and efficient corporate workplace. The project involved the development of architectural and engineering designs, modern partitioning systems, furniture planning, structured cabling, procurement coordination, and project management. ATO Architects also coordinated the various contractors and suppliers, ensuring that the proposed design responded effectively to the Bank’s operational requirements, spatial constraints, and expectations for quality and value.

Inspired by the evolving nature of contemporary corporate workplaces, the design sought to create an organised, flexible, and efficient working environment that enhances productivity while reflecting UBA’s identity as a leading African financial institution.
