ATO Architects designed and supervised the construction of a modern Boys' Hostel for CMS Grammar School, Bariga, Lagos, commissioned by renowned philanthropists, Mr. Modupe Alakija and Mrs. Folorunso Alakija, as a generous donation to Mr. Modupe Alakija's alma mater. The four-storey residential facility was designed to accommodate 240 students and includes a library, study rooms, a television lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities, and other essential amenities that provide a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for learning and personal development. Construction was completed in July 2012, and the hostel was officially inaugurated in September 2012 as one of the highlights of the CMS Grammar School Founders' Day celebration.
