CBN Branch Office Development Asaba
ATO Architects developed the proposed Central Bank of Nigeria Asaba Branch Office as a secure and contemporary institutional facility supporting modern banking operations.

ATO Architects developed the proposed Central Bank of Nigeria Branch Office in Asaba as a comprehensive institutional complex designed to support the operational, administrative, security, and technical requirements of a major financial institution. The development incorporates the principal office building alongside a dedicated gatehouse, facility-management block, mechanical services, security infrastructure, retaining structures, perimeter works, and associated site development. The planning and construction strategy also addressed specialised requirements including air-conditioning systems, information-technology infrastructure, controlled access, and the coordination of highly serviced internal spaces.
The design approach was driven by the need to create a secure, efficient, and enduring institutional environment while responding carefully to the conditions of the site. Site-planning revisions sought to reduce extensive filling and improve the relationship between the development and existing ground levels, while the integration of building services, security systems, and supporting facilities reinforced the operational efficiency of the complex. The resulting scheme reflects the stability and civic presence associated with the Central Bank of Nigeria while providing a functional contemporary workplace suited to its long-term institutional requirements.
